What patients tell us afterwards

“I came in for a mole check and left with a plan I actually understood. Nobody rushed me and nobody upsold me.”
Maryam D. — skin screening
“Two crowns and a hygiene appointment, all in one morning. My daughter had her check-up in the next chair.”
Jonas R. — restorative dentistry
“Ten years of eczema and this is the first clinic that wrote down what to do when it flares up again.”
Elif K. — medical dermatology

Questions we get most often

If yours isn't here, reception answers the phone between 9 and 19.

Do I need a referral to be seen?+

No. You can book directly with either department. If your insurer needs a referral for reimbursement, we can write to your GP on your behalf.

Can I see a dermatologist and a dentist on the same day?+

Usually yes. Tell reception when you book and they will place the two appointments back to back so you only travel once.

Which insurers do you work with?+

We invoice most major health insurers directly and give you a written estimate before any treatment that carries a co-payment.

How long does a first appointment take?+

Allow 45 minutes. That covers your history, the examination itself, and time to ask everything you meant to ask.

Do you treat children?+

From age three in dentistry and from birth in dermatology. Two of our dentists work mainly with children, in longer and quieter slots.
