We opened in 2008 with two rooms and one hygienist. Eighteen years later there are eleven treatment rooms, and the same principle: nobody is sold anything.
Dermatology and dentistry sit on the same floor, share one patient record, and hold a joint clinical meeting every Monday morning. It sounds administrative, but it is the reason a dentist here notices a lesion on a lip and can have a dermatologist look at it before you have taken your coat off.
We keep our appointment book deliberately loose. Fewer patients per day, longer slots, and time in the afternoon kept clear for the people who need to be seen urgently.
No treatment plan leaves the room without a diagnosis behind it. If we are not sure, we say so and we investigate.
Every plan comes with a written estimate. If the work turns out to be simpler than expected, the invoice comes down.
You stay with the clinician who started your treatment, through to the review a year later.
Aesthetic work waits until the medical picture is settled. That order is not negotiable.

Names and biographies are placeholders — send us the real team and we will drop them in.
